• You hold a degree from a Tier-1 college and have at least 4+ years of experience in product design and building products.

• Detail out talent acquisition plan by channel and closely collaborate with external agencies, wherever required, to accelerate hiring
• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate join

- New digital payment products development & management: PPI, UPI, AEPS, QR, eNACH etc.

- Champion product design and create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flow for product launch

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tech partners on the product development journey

- End to End product management from analysis of business requirement, documentation of requirement, process documentation, and review ensuring regulatory compliance

- Own the success of product by working closely with the go-to-market team to drive growth

What’s Required

- Must have a detailed understanding of Prepaid Payment Instrument issuance guidelines.

- Understanding of PPI life cycle management & basic understanding of financial reconciliation, settlement, and clearing; understanding of ESCROW accounts, wallet based solutions.

- Hands-on experience & in-depth knowledge about new age payment systems like UPI, Bharat QR, AEPS, Aadhaar Pay, FASTag, eNACH, etc.
